Great first impression. I recently moved to the area and wanted to try my new local vape store. I was out of coils, but they didn''t have the kind I was used to. They took the empty box of my old coils from me and took a photo, and told me to check back in a few weeks. They found me something to get me by, and the next week I went in and they had ordered me my preferred coil. I refuse to shop anywhere in else. That level of customer service is rare and deserves support. The also have a great selection of vape juice flavors and their vape products are well priced. Well ran business 💜
When I entered the store they were very rude and unhelpful. I asked about a glass carb cap and I had told him it was broke and he laughed at me and said cool also laughed at me for thinking the boba balls was 6.99 for the whole bag. I would not recommend this store to anybody.
John is the best ever. Everytime we come in he always makes us smile and always makes sure we get the best quality items. 10 out of 10 in customer service and quality of products ! I even bring my friends here everytime so they can experience his loveliness! Came in today to buy a mod and he already knew what I wanted and needed oli only needed to say one word ! He''s always got me whenever I''m here !
bought a vape for over $20 and it stopped working within 5 minutes after I bought it and I tried to exchange it for a different one but the guy wouldn''t let me would not recommend this place

I''m a novice to vaping and honestly, shops like this tend to make me feel overwhelmed because I don''t totally know what I''m looking for. Unfortunately one of my batteries broke and I needed a replacement asap, so I took a chance and made a quick stop. AMAZING experience! The customer service was top notch. I was sold exactly what I needed at a great price. He took the time to show me how it worked and let me see the features before I committed. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I was in and out in five minutes and extremely happy with the experience. Product is great. Don''t bother going anywhere else. I hope to come by again when I have more time to spend there looking around and getting an extra backup.
