Absolutely wonderful store! Tony was a great help on what everything was and gave great suggestions on what carts would work best for me. Will be going back for sure!
Only shop I’ll go to in KC. These guys run a great, honest business. Prices are fair, service is excellent. A product had an issue (manufacturer’s fault, not there’s) but they swapped things out and handled things in a very equitable way.
SELLS PRODUCTS TO MINORS!!!! Found product with receipt in my 14 year old daughters backpack. She has been suspended for 2 weeks. I am disgusted. They also would not accept the item back after I told them my situation. Very poor customer service. Only still standing because they are connected to Paul’s.
Very helpful an informative, super chill environment, owned by the same local family who own the business next door. Always prices matches an even went out of there way to make sure I got a replacement accessory. The first place I recommend when it comes to anything smoke related if they don''t have it in stock they will order it for you. Best prices on puffco products in the city. Best prices on pipes an grinders in the city. You would think I work there but I don''t I just live nearby an appreciate a honest business with ppl who actually care about the customers they provide services to.

The Smoke Spot is the epitome of a head shop. I love these stores and just moving to the neighborhood this will be my new spot. You walk in and are immediately greeted by a 10 foot long inflatable Raw cone which bumps the cool factor all the way up. The vibe is laid back, music was playing, and the store was clean and smelled nice. Sal the owner helped me get what I needed and went above and beyond in his service. The Smoke Spot is gotta be a Kansas City top 5 smoke shop.
