  I came here for a graduation dinner. The restaurant was fairly empty the entire time. They were short staffed, which caused a delay in service since we were a party of 20. The food was not good but edible. Their cocktails were ok. The overall experience was mediocre at best.

  I have been loyal to this company since it opened. I live down the street and buy vapes and snacks from here almost every day. I bought a vape yesterday and it worked before I left the store. $25. Now it is messed up to where it stays on even when I’m not inhaling it. The store told me they don’t care how long I’ve been a customer or about my situation because we don’t exchange anything. Nearly every other vape store I’ve gone to allows it. Highly recommended “Glass City” it is located next to the ABC store less than 1 minute away. They have better prices and customer service. Take note of what the negative reviews are saying.

  I bought a Vape product and realized that I bought the wrong one. I called to request an exchange only one hour after I bought the product. The box was not opened. The salesman was very pleased with himself when he informed me that they do not do any returns or exchanges. There are a lot of Vape shops, now I know which one I am not going back to.

  This store gets 4 stars on my end. First and foremost, the staff is competent in explaining the products and helping you find the best option for your goals. They always seem to have positive energy as well. They seem to want to be there, and as a customer this makes me more inclined to transact. Great job here. Good organization, not immaculately clean but I would still describe it as above average and clean. Organized well. Now the only bad. Selection: In regards to Kratom. This is the main reason I visit such stores as smoke house. OPMS is without a doubt the most effective, well known and most popular Kratom extract that works like no other. I was shocked at their low selection of Kratom extracts. I purchased MIT45, which is okay at best, but really wanted OPMS and this shop was the only one open near me at the time. They have a heavy stash of Earth Kratom, a brand I have unfortunately never had a good experience with. It''s rather weak and lower quality in my opinion. I would love to see more brands such as remarkable herbs for bulk powder. Please do not allow my negative comments to stop you from trying Earth Kratom. Some love it and we all respond differently. That''s not the issue. My only real gripe is that the store needs more high quality Kratom Extracts (Liquid Shots - Capsules). Obviously we need OPMS, MIT45 is gtg, Hush is a fantastic brand and Chief Kratom as well. I live so close to this store and would stop by so much more often if they expanded with more Kratom Extracts and different powder options. OPMS is so popular that it literally flies off shelves in most similar stores. I have no idea why they wouldn''t stock it. This is my personal experience, Kratom is my main focus. But if Hemp, CBD and Vapes are your thing, then I don''t think you''ll find a better local shop. Great and high quality selection of these items. Owners: I think this is obviously a well run business, but as a customer I think you are losing profits and upsells by not carrying OPMS. Ultimately it is your choice, but I feel it would be one of your best selling brands. With all of this said, I will stop by again soon and hope to see a better selection of the aforementioned product. I am just one customer and the owner must make the call based on his judgement that has led to a seemingly very successful business so far. But I see nothing lost in ordering a small order of OPMS to see how it could improve your bottom line. Or simply to gauge sales/popularity as a mini research study. Full Disclosure: I am not affiliated with OPMS kratom or any brands within this store. I''ve been a Kratom advocate for years and everyone who takes Kratom knows OPMS is one of a kind and should be a staple in all similar shops. Overall, very good experience and it''s worth a stop if your in need of anything for pain relief, improved mood, energy, vaping and a wide section of innovative, cool and novel products that may improve the quality of your life. I would love to and will change my review to 5 stars if more Kratom extracts are added to the lineup. All the best to this business, and I will still stop by every so often and make purchases. Hopefully for some OPMS next time :)

  I was in store on 12/6 and It was a awesome experience. Everytime I visit this store I always leave Happy. Today I had 3 employees go over and beyond helping me. I asked for their names.
