Came and spent $60 on a vape. Wen I left I noticed the vape had a small chip in the glass. I immediately came back and told the cashiers. They called their boss to see if I could simply exchange the product 4 another. But she refused to let me exchange. The cashiers knew I was being honest and just trying to get a product that wouldn''t Cut me.. so if you come here make sure u open the product and examine it thoroughly before you walk out.. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU AN EXCHANGE !
I''ve been to about about 100 shops all over the south east coast and this shop is by far the greatest shop I''ve been to... the variety of affordable pieces is insane .the customer services is of the charts.. since going here I''ve bought over 25 rigs and spent 1000s with them.. if yall moved to m hometown I''d run the store in exchange for credit lol. I''m serious too

Smokey Shay’s was referred to me- it''s clear why. Smokey Shay’s staff are kind, helpful, patient, notably knowledgeable (working as a rad collaborative team too), and everyone''s always pleasant and fun to be around. The store is crazy well stocked, clean, and their hours are 🤌. Smokey Shay’s has earned ''ALL the ⭐️s ➕️ a Few''. Top notch ops do not have competitors. There aren''t other stores to find. There is Smokey Shay’s with ''All the Stars''. I appreciate the lot of you, thank you. -PFCo Lady

I can''t say enough positive things about this place. I have been to a similar type shops all over the East Coast for decades and have never encountered friendlier more approachable more knowledgeable more generous staff anywhere. They have everything from supplies to gummies to trinkets and hats and games and lights and stuff to make your own edibles and original 420 themed art. This is my favorite place to go to in Greensboro other than McKay''s bookstore.
