I WAS a frequent customer of this vape store. Earlier today I went in to the store and bought my usual vape. The salesperson told me to test the vape. I informed him that the vape was not hitting correctly, seemed like it was about to die w/ no taste. I needed a different one. He said he couldn''t do anything about it... I leave… the vape dies not even 5 minutes later. I contacted the vape store to let them know the vape died and I was right about it not working. Hoping he’d rectify the product issue, he tells me instead he still can’t do anything (no exchange, no refund) He informed that he already knows these vapes have issues... yet he still keeps them on the shelf. I spent almost $19 on a vape that lasted 2 minutes with no taste. Horrible customer service, horrible business, horrible integrity. THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK
Hey ya’ll. I love this place, they have a little bit of everything. They have a wonderful selection of tobacco and tubes. Very friendly service as well! The parking lot is a bit rough on the tires, but it’s better then driving all over town to find the one thing that you need! Just stop here.
Jus bought a smoke mask and it do not work at all paid $50. Im so mad

I’m not happy with the service I got there. I bought two vapes. one didn’t work when I got home. when I plugged it up it gave back a electrical charge, and never work. I was out of town. I had to purchase another vape of a different brand. Got back home on Monday. Brought vapes back to the store to be told that there was no refunds, and he never had an issue with the vape. So that doesn’t mean that the vape didn’t work. I told him that the vape is not good if it gave off electrical charge. No I’m not understanding why I couldn’t get a refund or exchange for a different brand. I didn’t want the money back I just really wanted to exchange. Don’t buy this brand.
