Thought our item was broken and they don''t do returns on this item. We asked if they could look at it, and it was an operator error. We were shown how to use it at no charge. They were very nice about the whole situation.
Impressive, knowledgeable staff. I learned more about vapes in a 5 minute conversation from Evelyn than I have from any vape shop worker. 10/10!
Stopped at another smoke shop down the road from them to purchase a few things that they happened to be sold out of. So I happened to ask if they new of another place. So the recommended High life!!! The gentlemen inside were super friendly and very helpful. I come from a small state up north where it’s hard to find good customer service. A smile can go a long long way…. Or even just asking how someone’s day is. You never know what someone could be going through. The guys there’re are super inviting and make you feel welcomed and valued. Even if you’re a one time customer! Thank you!
HUGE shout-out to Joe and Tyler here at the store! I''m originally from Charleston and I miss the old-school person-to-person deal. Y''all know, pristine customer service with endless knowledge. These two amazing guys helped me out, taught me a lot, and got me in the right direction. I am so happy these guys are there, and the store is amazing. Seriously -- if you want an amazing experience, true and total honesty, and a taste of positively great customer service, come by the store and ask for Joe and Tyler. I promise you''ll walk out just as impressed as me. (And... they''re open late!)

My GPS was still a little wonky so I ended up driving approx. 30 minutes to get to this location and it was well worth it! The staff went above and beyond helping me find the correct batts for my vape. They were BEYOND kind to both me and my children and incredibly helpful! I will be making the drive again just to support this business! Thank you for being SO kind to this newcomer and her children!
