Just had an awful experience and Royal smoke shop. Bought a vape device 1 week ago and it quit working. They will not let me return or exchange the device. I will never shop at this store again and hope no one will neither!!

Re Facing any business is always exciting and rewarding. I give it a 10+ already. Been in there once n employee was just great fun, entertaining, energetic, lively and knowledgeable of products. He was able to answer every single question like it was nothing... impressive...yes yes yes!!!! First time in years I left a business n didn''t have one question unanswered n was educational...just what I expect and what I look for in a business! I can smell success & this business on its way to be ranking "The Towns #1 Smoke Shop In 2024!" Best believe that! So I will say this now u have my score card a 10 n my vote already. So if your looking for great prices, new product, the best quality, newest design and product...this definitely the spot to be and the spot that will keep u coming back n leaving with cash still in ur wallet!!!!!
