  Do you like being ripped off? If so this is the store for you! Not once, but twice this place has done us dirty. First time, we called it a one off. I bought an electric device, it worked twice . Called to ask what I can do and he got VERY Nasty. I''ll continue to spend my money at Hippie House instead of this trash establishment

  I''m new to the Ohio area and been to good old tobacco twice the first time went thru drive thru and the guy working practically told me to go away because he seen a cigarette coupon in my hand he told me they take coupons up the road and shewd me away with a hand gesture like someone would a fly, I''m from Las Vegas and customer service is different there. I would have happily bought smokes there without the coupon if I hadn''t been so quickly dismissed, because I was in a hurry myself, which is why I went to the drive thru to begin with. I Went back today because it''s the closest smoke shop to my home and I thought maybe it was just bad timing that day, he probably didn''t mean to give me the shove off he is there to make money I have money I will give the place another chance to earn my buisness. This time I went inside so I could check out the store and we might even be able to Crack a friendly smile at each other and try to build some kind of buisness rapour this is the closest and i was hoping the cheapest smoke shop to my place. But this time was worse than last time cause the customer service wasn''t any better and I got ripped off. I purchased a can of butane which was $20 and 2 packs of off brand cigarettes and 1 pack of rolling papers just reg . Zig zags nothing fancy one pack of smokes was advertised on property for 4.99 per pack the other pack was a pack of maverick I buy them everywhere for $6.50 or a little less.But my total came to $38 and change and I thought that sounded a bit high so I asked for a receipt and after he punch several butons on the register he handed me two receitp papers and i put them in the bag and left. when I got home and tried to figure it out the receipts are not itemized at all they both say reprint on the bottom. And this is what I got 1st receipt $29.11 cash sale + tax. $1.89 = $31.00 and the 2nd $7.87 cash sale + tax $0.51 = $8.38 So maybe I''m wrong maybe the 29.11 was for the butane and the mavericks which would make the smoke price around $8 which is possible I''ve seen banded cigarettes higher than that and the 7.87 was for the $5 sokes and the papers and maybe I''m being petty but I don''t think I will be going back there. Both receipts say reprint at the bottom. He probably didn''t really rip me off he just made a mistake and I didn''t catch it until I got home, my fault the good old tobacco shop is probably a great place to do buisness.

  The new boys in town. Popped in for kratom. They are working very hard to look pretty outside and in. Phenomenal service. Prices are very good. Small building but very efficient and creative to display everything. They’re sure to have what you need. I’d need vape or smokes or anything that you don’t need to shop they actually set up the drive thru! Still painting arrows. Should be cool.

  Purchased a pocket knife there not long ago. Initially i was happy with my purchase. The knife was beautiful and very sharp. Recently, however, the screws fell out and and began to fall apart. I returned to the store, not for a refund, but for a replacement, as I had not had the knife very long. My request was not honored. I was given 50٪ off on my cigar purchase however. Normally, I have a good experience there, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
