I didn’t have a physical id so i asked if a picture of an id was valid and they said yes. Upon showing it some caucasian male with brown hair said that wasn’t me in the photo and it was obviously me (i just didn’t have long hair or glasses like i did in the picture.) and sat there and tried to tell me that my that MY ID wasn’t mine. I will never go back terrible service. If you can’t tell the difference between a simple photo then find a new job.
