The guy who runs this shop is that perfect blend of knowledgeable and approachable. If you can describe what you''re looking for, he can hook you up right away, and if you wanna browse in peace, that''s great too! He also makes a point to ask customers their opinions on upcoming business, which I thought was pretty cool.

I will drive the extra 20 miles just to come to this location. Great customer service & has a great variety products. Best of Sun Praire / Madison hands down!

wanted to review because i appreciate the customer service here. i bought some items and one of them had a manufacturers defect. i didnt have original packaging or showed receipt. he remembered me and helped me out right away. i wasnt looking for pipes but they have some REALLY awesome pieces there too. cool people, cool store, great service!
