Horrible customer service Edit: not sure why you’re commenting about ID I have proper identification you just hire HORRIBLE employees that lack basic customer service skills. Your employee rolled their eyes at me, gave me an attitude and I watched a younger woman come in and purchase something and was not asked for ID whatsoever so that’s definitely false statement on your end. Never coming back.

I personally don''t know much about this stuff. Stopped there to get a couple coils for a friend''s vape since I was in the area. The people were very friendly, and answered our questions with out being rude about it.

The heavy set man that works there in the tie dye shirts doesn’t need to work there. Extremely rude to the customers including myself. Will never shop there again. FYI not sure why you bring up IDs everyone had the correct docs. Your employee reflects your ability to hire respectful individuals and the fact this is how you respond shows it goes deeper than the employee working. Attitude reflects leadership……….
