Lady working on 8/25/23 rude and hung up when i simply asked why someone called me. My call history clearly shows i missed a call and she wanted to make me feel i was dumb. Horrible customer service.

Pros: Customer service is pleasant. Cons: Limited stock Limited knowledge on products Prices far above retail I do.like this place though and recommend it. If you need something that is common they will very likely carry it.

Came in for a posh plus xl. Took one puff off of the device and it was completely burnt. The owner of the shop said it wasn’t his problem and turned the other way. If you want repeat customers you should honor and respect them. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Wont return ever again. Shame on you.
