The store is small, but well organized. Nice staff and fair prices.
No e-juice because of some ridiculous Palo Alto law that would rather have people actually smoke cigarettes but great store. Has Kratom, CBD.
Pretty good selection at reasonable prices. Store is clean and the guy who helped me was friendly and patient since I was definitely taking my time looking around.
Employees with no social skills.

I agree with most reviews that this shop has some of the best selection around the area. However, some of their items are absurdly marked up. I went in looking for a puffco peak after missing out on one my local shop had on sale for 199. I was expecting maybe 250 or 270 max but the employee said 300 plus tax. That was a wild move & after showing him it was on sale online for 250 & even he showed me through the puffco site he said the lowest he could do was 300. Told me I wouldn''t find a "real" one below 300 suggesting the one sold at my local shop was fake ? After a short back & fourth I felt disappointed at their pricing. Went into my car, searched for smoke shops within 5 miles from this one & immediately found one that had the exact same puffco for 250 but got it for 220 out the door after I told the guy about my search for a puffco peak. Brand new. less than 10 minutes after leaving this shop I was a happy owner of a puffco at a reasonable price. I can see how RAW smoke shop stays in business with such a high traffic area in a wealthier area. This shop can afford to upcharge all they want but there''s other smoke shops out there with real people skills.
