LITTLE girl at the front counter sold me this Bang Disposable on 6/24 it''s (DEFECTIVE) DOESN''T WORK.! I came in today on 6/26 in hopes of getting an exchange and she said "sorry exchanges would have to be the same day" I even explained to her, "I bought it Friday EVENING. I was BUSY Saturday, and now today Sunday that I have time it can''t be replaced?" DEFINITELY A SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE....
Male employee with long hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. Forgiving the fact that he seemed to have bong ripped his last brain cell into oblivion, he was hostile and combative when I asked for help with my order. I ordered a flum earlier in the week for pickup (paid for it!) and he said he doesn’t know anything about it and I will have to wait until next week for the employee that was there that day????? Refused to do literally anything even when I’m showing him the receipt on my phone. I know the bar is pretty low for smoke shop employees, but come on…
Customer service is not part of Customer experience. So I came in for a battery I thought it was broken so you would think the employee would check out the battery to see if it works. He immediately said no exchanges without checking it, almost seemingly combative which is confusing since you would think as a clerk of the store he would want to resolve the issue without the attitude. Won''t be returning as a customer.
The owner of this business has ZERO ppl skills whatsoever. Neither does his associate with the long colored red hair & beard. They were not only unhelpful on the topic of FIREKIRIN. They allowed a freelance worker from the app to collect deposit money in their establishment & did NOTHING to make good on their end. Rather than offering a refund or contact # for said ONLINE CASINO they offered vague non informative excuses & declined all responsibility. They became hostile, threatening, & abusive. All I asked for was an explanation or to be compensated the $36 I spent 6 days prior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. NOT EVEN FOR A BIC LIGHTER. THERES A LIQUOR STORE 4 doors down if u need smokes or basic smoking items. And countless more professional establishments in the Fremont Newark area. Any of them r 100% better than this shady establishment.
Madison was extremely personable and very helpful. She was patient with the challenging customer ahead of me and kept her cool while he was being difficult. 100% will be coming back.
