The young man is very nice with excellent customer service. The older woman is also excellent. The older man was on the phone giving his personal information to an automated system while multiple customers needed help and he was trying to multitask with obvious difficulty yesterday. He didn''t even say a word to me. This is the 4th elfbar I have bought from here and they are all trash. This one fires without even being ripped and has absolutely no flavor. The ones previously had no flavor also, I thought it was a fluke but do not waste your money here on disposable vapes. They are disgusting and clearly faulty.
I tried to buy a vape from here and they do not know anything about them? I would go somewhere else where they are knowledgeable about the products they are selling. These people do not know anything about vapes, they are over priced, double the price from other retailers.
The family that runs this place are always welcoming and friendly. Prices are normal and they always have what I need. Great selection of vapes and cigarettes. They may not be as knowledgeable about vape products as vape stores. If you are looking for help purchasing vape products, you should probably check out a vape place.
The workers here are kind and know what they’re doing, took care of me and got me going right away. Appreciate the great customer service.

When I walked in there were two people perusing the store''s merch. I knew what i wanted, so I indicated to the clerk and remembered that I had e-coupons for the products. As I was pulling them up suddenly the other customers decided they were ready to purchase, so the clerk rushed me through checkout and completed my almost $40 sale, and then berated me for taking too long and causing him to lose the other two (apparently impatient) prospective customers, who left in a slight huff. I guess my business wasn''t worthy of his time. I only give two stars because they carried the product I needed. I''ll go somewhere else twice as far from my location next time so I don''t risk upsetting the clerk in the event there are other more worthy customers he''d rather attend to.
