Very knowledgeable. Tom was amazing. He knows the product and explained the differences between the vapes and even taught new tricks about how to make them last longer. Highly recommend
Switched here after being a very long customer of SilverCity Vapors, and It’s been such a great experience so far these past 4 months at PuffCity. Everything from customer service to better pricing, and better products for what I use compared to where I was before.
Came in for a simple small vape but immediately noticed the immense variety of everything not just vapes. Everything is organized and very reasonable prices on glass. But more so than anything, what a nice salesman. Next time I’m in the market for glass, I’ll probably make the hour+ commute here.
These guys cheat all the customers. They make up their own prices for most of the products and up charge nearly every time I ve gone in. Not to mention they never card young teens and have gotten ticketed by the police. STAY AWAY
I LOVE this establishment! I take a specific type of Kratom and they always make sure to have it in stock. When they can''t get it, they steer me in the right direction to another brand. TOM and ALEX are amazing at taking care of their regulars, and I appreciate that. It''s the only place that answers all my questions and seem to actually care. I so appreciate all the staff!
