Definitely do NOT recommend if you’re buying tobacco. Bought the most stale bag of tobacco from there last week. It was CRUNCHY! When I tried to return it, I was told they don’t take returns for it. Told her it was NO good! Asked her to grab another bag from the rack and it was also stale. Told her that tabacco should not be crunchy. She said she didn’t know much about the product and they did not sell much of that (so it’s probably been there since they opened). I guess you don’t need to know about your products when you’re a family owned business. Apparently she knows NOTHING about customer service as well. So my take away from this is, knows nothing about their products and don’t care and have zero customer service skills. One star is one too many. Have a nice day
So , for Christmas I wanted to grab a few decent cigars for someone. The shop owner assisted me so earnestly, it was a breath of fresh air . He asked my target spending point and we found a great selection of 15-20 $ cigars and was super helpful. I also got pipe tobacco for myself , amazing selection!!
The family who owns this business are lovely. I''ve had positive interactions with the father, daughter, and most of all with the son Daniel. They have a great selection and prices. They are the only store for miles that carries the rare cigarettes that I smoke. I have, quite literally, never had a bad experience at this establishment.
Great service! Daniel took care of me. My go to store in this area from now on!
Great shop. Owner is knowledgeable with cigars . His family runs the store when he''s not there. And everyone is nice
