Every time I come in, Lacey is always friendly, greeting me every time. Always has the *best* recommendations, and if something is out of stock, she is always on top of making my purchase satisfactory! Hands down, Lacey has the best customer service ever
I called the Gresham store today about Kratom and Lacy took the call. She was extremely nice and went way beyond customer service to help me. Good customer service is so hard to find these days. I highly recommend Lacey and this store in Gresham.

Great selection of vapes. But the lady at cashier has a bad attitude. Didn’t even do anything to her, won’t be coming back.

I love this store very much. The staff are always helpful especially my girl Lace. I live a few minutes from them so it''s an easy walk. Customer service is there are exceptional. They know their stuff which encourages me to continue visiting them. A few months ago I bought some backwoods that were extremely damaged and I let Lacey know and the next week she had the entire shelf replaced with fresh new backwoods. I just love her. 🥰 My only problem is; there''s a 50-cent charge for using the card machine. 😩 Otherwise, a pretty decent store.
