As I understand they are recently under new management. They were super helpful and had exactly what I was looking for. I''m a pipe smoker and it''s hard to find pipe tobacco these days with everyone vaping and moving away from traditional tobacco use. They gave me a great deal on a bulk order and even threw in a pipe tamp for free when I bought a new pipe. Quality store.

New ownership has tried to keep everything as it was and honestly it’s still the same products and pricing! I think they have added a lot of new products and items to the massive selection they already had! The customer service is great as it’s always been and if anything it’s gotten better! New employees that are doing their best to learn a huge portfolio of products and are very honest and professional when it comes to serve their customers! Keep up the great work 82nd!

Cool little shop, with lots of options! Sam recently helped me pick out a g-pen for my Dad for Xmas! It was a dope grateful dead one! He was very helpful and knew what was up. Thanks again!

This place has everything! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Especially to beginners who need help. Huge selection of cigars and pipes and accessories. For cigars, loads of classics and boutiques brands. Rarer stuff too. Clearance rack, staff pick bundles, and they sell their cigar boxes too. Cutters, lighters, they even have incense! Prices: it depends. I’ve found some crazy deals and other things I know are cheaper elsewhere. But I’d rather support these guys than go online. Lots of glass etc too (maybe Hooka?) I’m not into that so can’t comment

So happy I stopped on my way through Portland. Kj and Sam are above excellent at being welcoming and helpful. 82nd street had everything one could want and if customer service is something you want.. kj and Sam are here to help. Be well my friends. Until next time!
