I have never ever had any bad experiences or problems coming too the smoke shop ever have been coming here solely for the past year since I moved down too fed because of how you guys do business, your prices, and Iam good friends with one of the employees that works there. Today when I went in for my third time this week as I visit this shop at least three times a week almost and give you guys good business I was greeted by an employee who I hadn’t ever seen before who was a younger middle eastern man who wasn’t just impatient but was just down right rude, I’m not the type of person too complain about something like this but when I tell him I’m coming in too grab a few things and look around and I feel like Iam being burden too the employee and that I was wasting his time as he was in the most literal sense trying his hardest too get me out of the store as fast as he could in the most impolite way possible. I’ve never had a problem with any other employee ever and have always been treated and taken care of wonderfully every single time this was just a huge turn off for me because as a customer why would I want too come into a business too spend money at somewhere that I feel could care less about getting my business
Had a great experience. I looked at quite a few reviews of local shops bc selection, prices, and service can be pretty hit or miss. So glad I chose Patorco bc the gentleman helping me on Sunday was friendly, made a great recommendation for a battery, and got in and out quickly with a smile. Really impressed by the quality of brands they carried - rather there be a few great options rather than a ton of junk.

I love this place! The vibes are completely calm and welcoming and so are the workers. I was looking for some new skin products and they had walked me through all of the benefits and helped find products for my skin concerns. I purchased an exfoliant, the dream serum, eye cream, and a face mask. I absolutely love them. They were gentle and organic, completely changed the quality of my skin. I feel so much better and my skin looks so much cleaner. I will be back to try new products.

Great establishment and super respectful staff!! I used to only purchase all of my vapes through online because of past horrible experiences but super glad to have found this store. Always get great recommendations from their staff of new flavors and types of mods arrive. I highly recommend this store over any other one in the federal hill area.
