Great variety! Love when the folx running the shop can guide your experience and selection!
I bought a Fronto leaf & incense holder. The leaf was bone dry when I opened it. It started crumbling to shreds. The worst leaf that I have ever experienced personally. A complete waste of $10. The incense holder. The hole to hold the incense is crooked off to the side. So the incense falls off of the incense holder and only is able to catch the incense at the end. Was not a good first experience at all. I feel like I wasted all of my money going in that store.
I came to Mr. Smoke, Mrs. Chisha assisted me in my first time experience at the shop. She was wonderful. Answered all the questions, and helpful recommendations. Her spirit was so welcoming and positive. She definitely earned them a customer for life
dude like wow. the customer service in this place is amazing. super friendly, super helpful, and every single piece in here is like nothing I have ever seen before and EVERYTHING I would love to have. I could spend hours in here, I am super happy to have found a shop that stands out from the rest
