  Just stopped in for a few small things and the girls working were an absolute delight! Ameirah helped me find what I needed and Sada happily removed the stickers from all the lighters I bought which I hate doing can never get them off cleanly so I appreciated that very much! It’s always just nice when employees are in a great mood and make you feel welcome. They were both funny and lively and I will absolutely shop here again! Odd Smoke shops are easily the best smoke shops around town

  Poor products. Purchased a pricey Ooze vape battery to only have it die under a month. When I took back to store for troubleshooting I was told I wasn’t supposed to have charged it overnight. I wasn’t told this tidbit when I purchased the battery and this information isn’t listed in the instructions. Possible counterfeit product as it didn’t come with a warranty card and when trying to register product via Ooze website, serial number comes up as invalid. Store staff offered a replacement for $43 which is unacceptable seeing as I just purchased one for $50. To spend $93 on a battery is unreasonable. I normally stop here after my dispensary run since it’s convenient. Convenience just cost me $50.

  STAY AWAY from this store! I have been a customer of the Odd Smoke Shop chain for some years. The sunset location should be off limits. I came in to purchase a ‘Flum’ disposable vape and was treated with probably the worst customer experience I have ever seen. I asked to try it out in the store because this specific brand of vapes are occasionally faulty. As I tried it the flavor was burnt, I asked the woman with red hair behind the counter to please exchange the Flum and I was treated like a criminal attempting to steal from the store. She said she “called her manager” but it seemed as if she pulled out her phone and faked the call. I told this person I am giving her the Vape back and would like a different one, meaning I have nothing to gain here. She proceeded to rudely tell me she wouldn’t do anything about it. I left the vape there and left. Horrible customer service, I will never be returning to any locations.

  Awesome experience! Simba was extremely patient with us. We were a big group with alot of questions and he answered and directed us to exactly what we need. We even got a mystery bag for free because we spent more than $25. We spinned the wheel and this is what we got! Highly recommend

  It was great to have Jesse help me with my purchases. I was visiting from Texas, and just needed some smoke essentials. I was also informed with more things to do while I visit. He was so helpful and knowledgeable well versed with what I needed. Thank you soooo much!
