I love this smoke shop. They are always friendly and helpful with my many questions. Kate helped me pick my elfbar today and it''s perfect. There is always some good music playing and many flavored red bulls to choose from.
Honestly, the shop itself is pretty dope if I was able to look around or at least feel welcome to be able to. I was looking for maybe two minutes at the snacks because I haven’t seen anything like that before which is really cool but the sales rep chick was so rude and made me feel like I was bothering her being in the store. Keep in mind I haven’t even asked any questions and her energy felt so unwelcoming ended up just getting my overpriced and leaving. Not sure why she was so rude but that kind of customer service is what makes people not want to come back to places. Which is a shame because the shop is really cool. Wish I could’ve been able to look around or at least feel comfortable doing so.
