Freaking amazing! Awesome quality supplies.. hookah… 5 star customer service!! Got my hookah set here with a reasonable price!! Tried it out several times and it’s some of the best hookah I’ve ever had!!
Poor customer service. I bought a battery for my vape cart from them. My battery started having issues within the week. I went for an exchange and was told that it was my cart the issue. He made it seem as if it was the battery I would have been able to exchange it. When he then tried 2 different of his own carts from the store and had same issue, he then said there’s nothing they can do, no return or exchanged. Don’t buy anything from them. Bad products sold and no way to be made whole.
Always has great service, super friendly! If they do not have what you need they will put it into the order rite away infront of you to assure you they will have it next time you stop by! Highly recommend if you smoke hookahs, vapes, or need any supplies such as , coals, flavoring, vape replacements.

This place is awesome! I would give it 10 stars! The owner actually cares about his customers. I had an issue and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I''ve bought from a lot of places, Nara is by far the best! It makes a difference when you deal with a place that truly wants their customers happy. I won''t shop anywhere else. They have a wide selection of juice, mods, disposables, and much more. If you haven''t checked out Nara Smoke Shop, you should. If you need something, ask, they will do what they can to make it happen. I 100% recommend this place.
