  Been going to this shop (both locations, but mostly El Dorado) multiple times a week, for many of years…and they’re always really nice, very knowledgeable, and got great prices + deals!! There’s been 2 instances where I’ve bought a disposable vape and once walked outside & opened it, realized it was broke for whatever reason, so walked right back in & had it exchanged -no questions asked!! 🤘🏼 My ONLY complaint though (which irritates the hell outta me & many other of their loyal customers) is how freakin’ SLLOOWWW they are restocking their disposable vapes- particularly the Elf Bars! Ive actually recently stopped shopping here bcuz every time they’d run out of certain flavors of elf bar, I’d have togo keep going in (or calling) multiple times a week for nearly an entire month… waiting on them to restock the flavors everybody likes (I.e. “summertime”, “rainbow candy”, etc. flavored Elf Bars) But always got excuses; so the last time it happened not too long ago, was the very last straw for me…😤 I ended up having to find another local vape shop (HTX Vape) that had same flavors of elf bars I prefer! FYI: I’ve bought the very last “summertime” elf bar off their shelf several times now @ HTX Vape since ive to started buying from them recently… and by the time I’ve gone back in for a new vape, only just a few of days later, they’ve ALWAYS already had more of those same elf bar flavors restocked on their shelves again!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now THAT’S how u keep customers coming back!😬 I guess Mr. smoke just doesn’t seem to understand that… which sucks, bcuz they used to be my favorite “goto” vape shop for many of years!!😔 ✌🏼✌🏿✌🏼✌🏿

  The man working there was really cool I''m very glad I went there when I did because he helped me and even chatted with him for a little bit because we we''re the only ones there. I''ll come back because of him!

  Purchased a escobar vape and it was used it had that taste like burn smoke called 1 hour after purchasing to let them know and they said they don’t do changes once you are out of the store this vape was used don’t recommend this place at all their vapes are not brand new
