I bought two batteries and a charger. I went out to my car to see if the batteries will work. They didn''t. I tried to return it. They said no refunds are given. Will definitely continue to pursue this through the better business bureau and the consumer protection office still in the package less than 30 seconds after buying it and will not refund it. This place is a scam
Went in tonight and the dude acted like I was disturbing him. Did not want me to try a torch that was $70.00 before purchasing it. Left without getting it and this is why competition for business is always good for the consumer. Right around the corner. So, I will be back. Yay me!
They always have what you need. Even if it isn’t the brand you want they have like options, which is still appreciated. Great customer service

I usually love coming here but I had the worst absolute service today. I came in at 8 and the cashier said she “wasn’t ready.” I called back on my way to work inquiring if they did open at 8 and she said “yes but I wasn’t ready.” I was completely calm talking to her and told her “I understand, I worked in retail for 3 years, but if the shop opens at 8 you need to be open and ready to serve customers at 8.” She had the absolute worst attitude, was so rude and awful to me. I even tried telling her have a good day and she hung up the phone on me. You can’t treat customers like that at all, she had no reason to treat me or anyone else like that, especially when I was being nothing but polite to her. Other than that I’ve always had a good experience.
