Good store! Amazing products! Nice cashiers! But their door is broken and it has been for weeks and it just seems very unprofessional.
Terrible service, walked into the female employee talking trash on the phone about how bad the other female employees customer service was. She proceeds to give me attitude when I ask for a bag and raises her hand in annoyance. Amazing irony.
This establishment has your smoking supplies and accessories. The staff are very helpful. 3 out of 5
We went in looking for zippo fluid and flints for our zippo lighters. The female of what appears to be African American descent retrieved the ippo fluid from the glass case that is also their counter. Then turned to back wall and at first grabbed wicks (not flints) and started to hand them to the other female she was ''working'' with. She stops and looks again at it and asks (without looking at either of us) "Did you want wicks or flints?" (With a snarly attitude no less). We stated "flints for a zippo lighter". She said "all we carry is wicks" (again with a snarly attitude). NOBODY even mentioned anything about the rewards program that I had already signed up for online. Needless to say, Cloud 9 will be getting ALL my business from now on. You can''t pay me to go back into a store where employees treat the customer as an inconvenience.
