I have never done a review so If i could rate this a zero i would, purchased a escobar for 27$ right, higher then normal but fine whatever, first one was burnt asked to switch it out, gave me another one which was also burnt, the guy there agreed it “smelled weird” obviously because it’s burnt. Asked if i wanted a spearmint i said no i only smoke the icy mints because they have a sweeter flavor. He was just starring like what to do now so i felt bad an didnt want to make him waste another one (since he said that was the last one) because most likely the 3rd was probably burnt too. So i walked out an sat in my car an tried the burnt vape again hoping it would taste better but no. I called an they guy was just repeating himself telling me nothing was wrong with it an he tried it (after telling me he doesnt smoke them) if you dont smoke them how would you know how it supposed to taste?? I told him if they even do refund and if they did why didnt he offer me one since he knew they were burnt. Asked for a Manager he said they would be there tomorrow morning, so i called this Morning all for her just to say she would give me a 10% discount. What a joke, No thanks. Worst Vape Shop experience ever. Will not ever go back.
Worst experience ever! this is the worst vape shop there is. i Bought brand new juice and 2 coils for my vape that the worker recommended and to start off the guy that filled my vape left old juice in there so it burned horribly for the whole life of the coil. i switched it out to a new coil changed the vape juice correctly and still the juice burned my throat. i had to buy a new coil from another store and went back and still bought brand new juice and finally got it working with no help from the workers. They said if i brought back the old juice with receipt i could return it. I did that and now they’re saying they can’t give me my money back. 0/10 don’t recommend
Its ok. Employees are always different and some can be short. Come off a bit rude. Have screens that display choices and breakdown flavors. They take cash and card. Can hangout inside. Sofas and stuff. Restrooms clean. Prices a bit steep and limited coil selections on hand.
I understand Brick and Mortar prices your always gonna pay more vs online but if we''re to pay premium I would expect fresh juice. It''s been twice now I try to buy a juice and the bottle is way past its prime, we''re talking 4 years old and the quality just isn''t here. I get they have overstock but these juices need to be discounted and stock needs to be updated. Problem is there is no regulations but FYI juice is recommended 2 years after you run risk of ingredients degrading and that''s my case these two times. Disappointing not much vape shop variety anymore here in harlingen.
