  Shawn helped my friend and I out today, very helpful and friendly. This is the spot for all your smoke, vape and you know! Everything in one place! They match online prices for glass pieces. My friend only shops here because vapes are cheaper than everywhere else!!! Come check it out!

  Shawn and Ray run an extremely honest store. I come here often for the herbal teas. They are always upbeat, and despite what mood you’re in, you can’t help but have a positive experience and leave with a smile on your face. There are stores within 5 minutes of where I live and Merlins is about 15 minutes away, but I can assure you it’s worth the drive. They always try to provide customers with the best prices and they truly care about their customers. They know almost all customers on a first name basis, and they are always upbeat and willing to go out of their way to accommodate anything you need. if there’s a certain item that you want and they don’t carry it, they will order it for you without question. Very few stores nowadays seem to truly care about their customers, but Merlin’s main goal is customer service and clearly prioritize customer retention and satisfaction. If you’re in the area definitely check it out.

  Me and my partner purchased a delta cartridge. We tried it on both of our pen batteries, and a battery at another smoke shop and it wouldn''t work on any of them. We came back to return it, and they tested it for us on a battery they sell here. It worked on that one, so we ended up buying that battery. Now the cart is leaking from the mouthpiece almost every time we take a hit a glob of wax comes out lol. I guess I should''ve trusted my gut that the cart was defective. Anyways they are very nice and knowledgeable here and I would still come back. Edit: my partner went back, and they gave us a replacement cart. They care about their customers very much. Thank you, we will definitely be back!
