Awful customer service. Bought a nice torch lighter there and it would not fill with Butane. Tried taking it back within 24 hours of purchasing it and they would not take it back and the kid was so rude. I will take my business to another more favorable shop I been going here for the last 10 years By By Marley .
My family and I came down from Baltimore-Washington area for vacation. I broke my glass piece and desperately needed a new one. Checked out Marley''s Smoke Shop because it was near my hotel. They had great stock, solid prices, and a friendly guy behind the counter. Got a new glass piece, cheap! Marley''s saved the day. Thanks! And next time I''m down in Ft. Myers, I''ll definitely be making a stop here.
Clean store with good prices. Patrick is a wonderful employee who is very helpful to the clients.

Greatest service ever at this shop I wouldn’t go to any other! Johnny and Pat know their customers and are always friendly and ready when you walk in. In my case they know me so well that they grab my usuals before I’m even at the counter. It’s like seeing old friends whenever in their presence! They care enough to ask for feedback and products you like and keep everything spoken about in mind
