Went here to get an 18 mm banger for my new Rick and Morty bong I got with my friend in Salem that shop was fun and awesome she double dropped it really nice because we live in Portland Oregon so that''s a drive at mellow moods they''re very helpful and very nice sometimes they get you the right thing that you need. Unfortunately my ashcatcher broke I went here to get a new one but it wasn''t the one that I wanted and the guy was very disrespectful and rude he sold me something wouldn''t even work can I have to plug holes it just doesn''t make any sense and actually what it''s called is a reclaim catcher not coming in the mail :) thanks for trying though I''ll be back
This one''s a lot bigger than the one downtown. They seem to have a larger selection of juices, merch, smoking accessories, ect. The employees are super nice, I always enjoy going to mellow mood.
Recently took a trip down to Portland and I was met with the best service from Kelsey at this location. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a disposable vape for my trip! Definitely saved me a bit of a headache. Really appreciated her recommendations!
Your sidewalk outside has tripped me twice and second time I rolled my ankle BAD and got a deep gash on my knee, misery for days. Girl working there said complain to city but my lawyer says your insurance company is ultimately responsible.....you need to do something!!!!

Purchased a brand new product and the specs were wrong on the instructions. Called right before store was closing while I was on my way back to the store on the same day, no answer. Showed up at 11:05pm, 5 minutes after store was closed (writing this review at 11:09pm). The employee that had helped me previously was coming out the front door as I walked up, and they rudely informed me that they recognized me from earlier but I had to come back another day. Didn''t apologize for the hassle, inquire as to what I needed, or provide any kind of customer service. All I needed to do was PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL ITEM, and knew exactly what I needed. Literally would''ve taken a couple minutes to take my cash and resolve the issue. Basically felt like I was told to never come back, doubt I ever will. Boo!
