They just lost a loyal long time customer who spent on average maybe $700 more a year over $5 lighter I bought the lighter yesterday it worked once or twice then it stopped working. I figured no problem I''ll just exchange it for another one. BUT they would not exchange or return it or give me a discount on a new one. I used to buy all my cigarettes and supplies here. To be honest the customer service was never really good bordering on rude most the time. GOOD RIDDANCE. THE smokeshop on CHAPMAN near Main St (near my work) called TWO BROTHERS SMOKESHOP will be getting all my business now. Most their prices are HALF with amazingly helpful and friendly customer service
Great selection of every darn thing you would expect your local primo Head Shop to have! Nice guys too! Careful though, come in here with to much cash and you are likely to spend it all lol. It can be a bit addicting in here! Justin from Capo Smoke Shop in San Juan sent me in to this shop to check this place out since I live close. He wasn''t kidding, they''ve got everything you could possibly need here!
