    Elia is always so accommodating and kind. He knows what he is doing, and is very knowledgeable about anything in his store. I come here for my vapes, and he always willing to help with what you need. He even took the time to find out what was wrong with my vape and he fixed it, at no charge! Awesome store, awesome people! Definitely recommend!

    Stopped in while passing by, and picked up a coil for my vape, some juice, and couple other things, and the gentleman behind the counter was awesome! great customer service, took care of me and my wife very well. the prices are awesome, and their products are top notch. I''m very pleased with what i received, and anytime I''m passing by I will stop in and make a purchase just to get the great service. Thank you!

  • Sincerely, come in and visit; at the least, consult the amazing team for a product that will help you. If you can drop the stereotypes about facilities like RHSS, then you can be open to new and holistic options for your health ... Don''t believe me ... find out for yourself; they absolutely helped bring me back to health in a natural and positive direction. Great vibes. Great team. Amazing family behind the business.     Crooks. This place should be shut down. Customer service is nonexistent; it''s customer abuse instead. Be prepared to be belittled; the people who run this shop are argumentative, condescending, and liars. I made a purchase and specifically asked, if there were problems with this device, could I bring it back? After being assured it would be no problem, I bought it, brought it home, charged it, attempted to use it but and the product was defective. Within 3.5 hours of the timestamp on the receipt, I returned to the store, and the same employee/manager/owner/rude person was working and argued with me, insisting I was not eligible for a refund because I allegedly "used" the e-rig. He finally agreed to "reverse the transaction," and after he threw the return receipt at me, I noticed the name on the receipt and last 4 digits of the card didn''t match mine. I pointed it out, he got flustered and mad and physically took it out on the register. His wife/mom/caretaker/zookeeper came out and helped him or so I thought. He handed me a receipt that matched and I left. Spoiler alert: he reversed the return, the refund never hit my account, but I lost the return receipt and therefore lost my $67 with nothing to show for it except a reminder of this store''s repeated condoning of misogynistic behavior. Don''t waste your money or time. Shame on this place for treating people this way.

    Prices are terrible. I got two items which at any other place would cost between $20-$30 and they charged $45. Definitely take advantage of being the only place around that’s open early in the morning for the people who go to work before other places are open. Terrible guy working nice customer service especially for being 5 o’clock in the morning. But that still does not justify high prices.
