This smoke shop is great. Staff is very help, fast, but most of all patient!!! They except mobile coupons but the only problem is for some odd reason it''s like a black hole for cell service to use the mobile coupons, it takes longer but that''s why the staff rate so high w/ me...their patience. ~LISA~

I love KC Express, because they are friendly and fast, and I enjoy the management, and there is a worker his name is Joseph, he is a very kind man

The website really should include that they do not carry pipe tobacco. Very disappointing. And they only have a drive through option, that should also be included on the website. Would not have driven out of our way had we known...
