Wouldn''t buy anything but food here. They apparently don''t have a refund policy. Being an Assistant Manager with Family Dollar over a year, I''m pretty certain FAMILY DOLLAR has a 100% return policy within 30 days with the Receipt. Not sure what''s going on with this store sounds like I needs to close if they can''t afford refunds.
It had expired milk The milk was best used by April 21st 2023 there were 4 gallons left it is now April 25th 2023 it was 4 days old while it would still be good to use it I''m sure, they should rotate their stock and should not be selling milk that is past its best by date
👸 St. Family 💵 has had its moments 👍 and bad over years. But it appears to finally have a good manager! Most of the employees are friendly and helpful and I always find what I need! Overall, I''m satisfied! Will continue to shop there!
Not a bad place to shop. I don''t think it was meant for a full line inventory but they have cold canned, or bottled drinks . Snack items to complement your drink, and friendly help to assist you.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to this Family Dollar on Prince and Grand Street to get a 14 count of gains flings along with other items. They did not have the 14 count in the section with the other laundry detergent products. As I continue shopping, I noticed they had more gain products in an aisle upfront. I grabbed the 14 count that I needed. The worker came up to me and told me that she would take those and that I was not supposed to be back there behind the registers (The products that were on this front aisle are NOT behind the cash registers, they are on an aisle to the left of the cash registers). I told the worker that I was sorry that I did not know that was considered behind the cash registers, and that it should be blocked off because it is not behind the actual cash registers. The worker had an attitude about the whole situation. I told her that it was no need to get an attitude about it, and all she had to do was simply explain that that part was supposed to be blocked off. I gathered my family to let them know we were going to a different store. By the time I got to the Family Dollar on 21st St. the worker had called them. The worker on 21st St. was already on the phone with her and she stated anytime anyone gets attitude with her that she gives it right back… so I knew it was about the situation I had on Grand Street. Sure enough that’s what it was about because I talked with the cashier and she stated that she had just got off the phone with the worker from Grand Street. She apologized about the situation and stated that the set up needed to be rearranged or have a sign that states that part is off-limits to customers. Although I do appreciate the apology from the 21st St. worker, the situation was bad customer service, and not professional.
