Very nice people and great prices
Most of the staff is exceptionally great and will actually work with you and listen to what you''re trying to get and are pretty great with recommendations and prices are pretty good, but the literal worst part about buying from here is if the owner is there. He''ll literally take over when you''re talking with the staff and then completely ignores what you''re trying to buy and will try to upsell you other products that I didn''t even want are actual garbage and he''s super rude. The rest of the staff is awesome, but if the owner is there I don''t even bother going in
Loved this place until this morning. Pulled up. The lady who has served me many times with no probs was outside smoking. I drive to the drive thru. She comes BARRELING into the store abcs greets me with “COULD U NOT HAVE GIVEN ME 5 minutes?!??,?” I said…. U could have finished. She said no bc my boss knows when someone is waiting at drive thru. Rolls her eyes n throws my stuff at me. I am nice. I am courteous. Once u cross me…. Not so nice. Let this place suffer at her hands. Hope her boss sees this. Have the day u deserve lady
Bought a vape and it wasn’t even the same flavor as the box was labeled swapped it out for a different one and I know what Sakura grape taste like and it was not Sakura grape these guys have fake stuff watch out
I would normally be giving this vape shop 5 stars. I''m a frequent customer and until today I''ve never had a bad experience. However this morning 06/08/23 the cashier swings open the door (5 minutes before the posted opening sign) She doesn''t greet myself or the two others as we walk in. One man asked "how are you today" and she replied that she wasn''t doing great, she had to open early because people were outside lingering around her door. Which was extremely rude. We were waiting the 5 minutes until opening. We weren''t loud or knocking we were simply waiting. I''m new at vaping so I still require help when choosing the right coil and I had left my device at home. I showed her the deviced I had at home because she had a matching one in her case. I bought my vape from this exact shop. She proceeded to tell me that it was my device not hers. She stated that I should know what I want she shouldn''t have to tell me. I explained I was new at vaping and she laughed at me. This was the worst experience I''ve had while trying to dive into the vapeing world. She embarrassed me infront of the other customers, offered me no help in choosing the right coil for my vape, and then made fun of me because I wasn''t as knowledgeable as she thought I should have been I left the store feeling 2 inches tall. This isn''t how anyone should be treated. If she does not like her job I''d be happy to replace her as I am currently searching for a 2nd job. I hope no one else has questions about their vape at this store because you will be laughed out the door.
