I use to go here all the time, but the service and quality of their products have went down. The last three times I have been there the vapes I bought tasted horrible but I didn''t say anything. This last time I did and the lady behind the counter told me that''s how it''s supposed to taste. I''ve been smoking them for years and especially this flavor is not how it taste. Needless to say they just lost a loyal customer.
Just tried to purchase a lighter and employee was very rude saying she couldn’t sell to me a lighter because I’m not 21 I’m 20 years old and have bought lighters at multiple places with I’d and found that she was very unprofessional I walked across the street and purchased a lighter I feel they pick and choice who they wanna I’d and press because I’ve also bought lighters from the store itself when other employee was working very embarrassing to have to argue about what you know is legal infromt of other customers
Normally I do business here and have no issues and enjoy the low prices and always a good experience. But today that’s not the case. Online and on the front door of the business it says during the week they open at 9am. I walked to the store and been here some 8:59am and it’s currently 9:30am and the store has yet to open. If the hours are different than posted it isn’t to hard to change online or get more numbers to stick on the door or even do something as simple as print out a piece of paper showing accurate hours of operation. It’s very simple and easy task that could be done to provide better and accurate information to customers and by not doing show shows me a lack of care to the customer or just laziness of the employees or business owner. Doesn’t seem the best way to operate ur business and lose a customer over something so simple and easy to change/fix. I had to walk here and if I can’t get smokes soon then I have to walk back to work and do without cuz of poor operation of business. It just blows my mind how simple this is and it can’t get done. And if there is some excuse of being understaffed let me kno and I will find you one or multiple employees so you can open the store on the hours stated on the front door of ur business and online. And if needed I can provide the picture and screenshot of hours of operation that you have given for your business. This is ridiculous.
this is by far my favorite smoke shop. the employees are all very helpful and friendly. the store is very organized and well kept. this will always be my go to smoke shop for all of my needs:)

These reviews are crazy lol! This place is the best in the Hickory/Lenoir area. Staff is nice, selection is huge, customer service is great. Have your ID. That is the law. Be 21. That is the law. Quit buying your children vapes. That is the law. This store abides by the law, as it should. You''re in a smoke shop, people. I went the other week, forgot my ID so you know what I did? I left. Because that is the law. I did not expect the cashiers to break the literal law for me. This store is phenomenal and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys not being a criminal :)
