Employees are always awesome. Need to bring cash more often to tip a lot of the Employees I have been helped by always know their products! Never disappointed
Great staff and wonderful products. Easy going group there will help you with all your needs they even gave my dog some water on the hot days as we passed through thanks again for the great service 🐕🦺 with us!
My experience at this store is always stocked beautifully and I am immediately prioritized by the staff and helped so wonderfully by Christina she''s the sweetest and kind person who is always there to help and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and has helped me make better choices to my liking when I am shopping at high life CBD this store is a hidden gem and all the the workers Especially Christina deserve more for their hard work!!!!! ❤️
I''ve seen all the women and workers that I loved and who were so attentive be pushed out of this workspace. I''ve opted to take my business to other smoke shops around that appear to care more about their core workers. Turnover appears to be quick. The most knowladgable staff have moved on.
I bought a vape and they have a policy where you open and try it in the store. Once you leave, they cannot replace it. I opened it and the light flashed red (not working). I handed it to the guy, and he handed it back, and said to charge it. I didn''t think that was right, but wasn''t comfortable arguing with the guy about how to do his job. I also thought since it''s a small place, I was just in there, and I did what he told me to do, they''d make it right if it didn''t charge. WRONG! I called up there and got the guy, but he passed me off to the manager. I explained the situation to her, and she just stated their policy. I followed their policy, their employee clearly didn''t know what protocol to follow. They ripped me off and I''ll never be back. It was mentioned they couldn''t refund me, because "upper management " would want to know why. I don''t understand, your employee made a mistake, that''s the why. The only thing I did wrong was try and support High Life over the other smoke shops. The manager tried to placate me with using her discount the next time I came in. A friend of mine just had another friend experience this the other week, and he was given 10% off his next purchase. They are using their own discount to hide their mistakes from upper management, instead of doing right by their customers. Beware.
