Employees were friendly. Buying the right pipe tobacco that suits different smoker''s needs is a challenge, and I was clueless when buying menthol. I was appreciative that one employee was very knowledgeable about rolling machines. Because of that experience, I ended up buying two machines rather than one. Negatives: I prefer to purchase Gambler pipe tobacco but there was only one 16 oz bag in the store. NONE of the tubes have PRICES on them, nor does the majority of the tobacco. I was having to go back and forth from where the tubes and tobacco were located and the one cash register that was opened, every single time that I needed a price. It was not only extremely frustrating, but also wasted a lot of time. When a customer came in, or the store was busy, I had to wait in line just to get a PRICE. Had both registers been open, and the employee that was trying his best to help me had even a little bit of experience, (or if there was more than a single EMPLOYEE inside the store working), I would have been on my way back to where I had evacuated from (due to Florence) at least an hour sooner.
This store would not refund me or exchange me for a bad vape. This is not a good store to go to at all
I absolutely love the prices here! When it comes to my cigarette needs, I will not go anywhere else. The prices there are and have always been the cheapest in town. Regardless of your tobacco needs, they''ll have whatever your looking for. Not to mention, they''re constantly getting new products in that I''ve only seen here. Let me not forget about their friendly staff, which will always leave you smiling. Why pay more at these other chain stores when you can pay less and always leave happy from here...Just saying😉
Anything you''ll need vapes and other essentials you may need. I think they''re a little pricey on some things. But I''ll continue to do business with them. 👍
Very friendly service. Cool Marine veteran, very helpful friendly and respectful. Didn''t have everything but pretty good variety. Could be a little cheaper. They charge 20 dollars for a vape I buy in China Grove for seventeen
