  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Golden Smoke Shop located at 2755 N Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. This smoke shop deserves a well-deserved 5-star rating for various reasons. Firstly, the location of the shop is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the turn off to or from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. It made it incredibly easy for me to swing by and explore their offerings without having to deviate from my planned route. The accessibility factor is definitely a huge plus for anyone visiting or passing through the area. What truly set Golden Smoke Shop apart was the exceptional customer service I received. The gentleman working at the shop was not only friendly but also demonstrated a commendable level of knowledge and expertise. I had a few questions regarding portable vape chargers, and he was more than willing and able to provide articulate and concise answers. His ability to explain the features and benefits of each charger was impressive, and it made my decision-making process much easier. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up purchasing a portable vape charger that not only fit my needs but also happened to be more affordable compared to another option. It''s rare to find someone who can genuinely offer valuable insights while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the shop was great, reminiscent of something out of a Quentin Tarantino film. The unique style and ambiance added an extra touch of character to the whole experience. It''s clear that the team at Golden Smoke Shop takes pride in curating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for their customers. In conclusion, I highly recommend Golden Smoke Shop to anyone in the Palm Springs area or those passing through.   Anthony made my damn day with a great deal on some needed smoke hardware and accessories. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient with a novice like myself. The store has a great selection, good prices and is conveniently located in Palm Springs. Definitely my new go to Smoke Shop in the Coachella valley.

  Great place to learn about the items sold in this store. The owner takes time to explain things and answers questions in a way that is easy to understand and helps to make choices. This is helpful because there are hundreds of things to choose from. Great selection and even better knowledge base with helpful staff and pleasant environment.

  First time ever buying anything here should have just saved my money. Vape didn''t work and they refused to replace it. Will never return. Got a watermelon elf bar. It''s in the trash by the front door

  Great selection of beautifully blown glass. Some great quality cigars to choose from. The guy that''s runs the place (I think may be the owner) is very knowledgable on his products. Believe me I asked a billion questions and he was totally chill and answered them all. For me a part time local I think it''s best to hit this place up on your way in or out of the city since it''s kinda near the tram. Check this place out and there''s w liquor store next door too which is always handy.
