Friendly service and good stock at reasonable prices.
This is a fine place, and its two-man team is the reason why. The bearded man from Israel (I think) runs the day shift. Other reviews suggest his name is Allen, but am not on a first-name basis with him. He isn''t always that friendly to me, but I like him anyway because he is a good and fair businessman, giving the Cartel from Elsewhere Abroad a run for their money with fair prices that don''t change with the merchant''s mood; an upgraded display, with good-quality t-shirts, a variety of glassware boxes and bags for transporting breakables; a good assortment of cold beverages. Those things matter and they are done well here. But the main reason this is my smoke shop of choice, and recommendation, is TYLER, the young gentleman who runs the second shift. Although young, perhaps even millennial, Tyler has world-class manners and customer service skills. He also has foundational knowledge to help with browsing, troubleshooting, selecting for today and the wishlist for tomorrow, One day I complimented Tyler on his impeccable interpersonals, and he had this to say: "I always try to treat people the way I would like to be treated." Stopped by to get a vape and the worker asked if I wanted to try it to make sure everything is good. Tried it and it tasted awful. Keep in mind I’ve had the same flavor before. As soon as I mention there’s a defect the crooked owner comes up to me saying it’s not their problem ONLY if “it didn’t work”. He then proceeds to tell me he’ll exchange it for a small fee. No way I was going to spend another dollar here. I won’t ever come here again. I don’t recommend this establishment. UPDATE to his response. He proves how crooked he is by making it seem like it wasn’t a defect. I tried it before and tasted like it should. Not this time. Keep lying to your customers dude!
