Hit or miss these days. Sometimes there is someone helpful and knowledgeable and sometimes it seems like you''ve disturbed them by coming in to shop. I used to love this place and visit religiously. Now, not so much. As the customer service is a hit or miss, so is the inventory. Some times they have what you want and then some times, they''re wiped out.
Fantastic local shop with great glass and other accessories. The service here was fantastic. My wife and I came early morning and chatted with the clerk for a bit. He was also very knowledgeable. I''d definitely recommend this shop for quality, price, and service.
I love coming here and I always feel like I''m not just a customer, but a friend; especially with Max and Ellie (hope in spelling her name right). I am a novice vaper and have a preference for the more compact pod devices that and their suggestions are always usually very helpful, they once in awhile get an employee from another store that''s pretty new and doesn''t know a whole lot, but they''re not afraid to call over to somebody and ask. They have tons and tons of flavors of everything and they''re hardware selection is expansive and quite affordable.
I have recently changed my review as a long term, loyal customer at Glass City...I understand the return policy very well. I have made many, many purchaces there and throughout the Triad at multiple locations. Recently I needed a rechargable battery to fit a cartridge I already own. My sole purpose for this trip. I immediately tested it does not work with it. I called for a possible exchange, I was denied. I simply can''t justify continuing to spend upwards of $100-150 a week for various other needs when you don''t have support for a low cost item. Unfortunately I will no longer be shopping there. Amazing how a $20 defective battery has cost now. It cost you a loyal and consistent client, not to mention the amount of referral business my fiance and I have referred.
I went by there today for the first time. The store is cool but whoever was behind the desk is the reason I’m rating this 2 stars. He wasn’t helpful at all. He barely said anything. Maybe today wasn’t his day idk. But yea I would have shopped more if I didn’t feel so rushed
