All of the employees are very helpful with that said, Kahlil (Kohlil) is the only employee that asked me if I was a loyalty member. Had no clue y’all did the loyalty program. Glad he told me about it since I visit often.

Lately the flower I''ve been purchasing has been coming up short, 3.5 gram of runtz weigh out to be 3 grams or less. From now on I weighing it out b4 I leave the store

Went there today at lunch to pick up some coils. She gave me the wrong ones then blamed me and at first said she couldn''t return them even though I hadn''t left the counter yet. She was the most rude person I''ve ever dealt with at glass city. I won''t be back because of her.. This was at the Burlington RD store.

If you have been to any of the other shops. You know what''s up. Same great shop, same great prices. Now on E. Wendover next to the ABC store. They are open and have most of the shop filled. You should really go check them out. Really cool shop. For all your needs. They have all most everything 😤

I am a regular and I love the very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they always have good deals. I look forward to doing more business and seeing more stores.
