Been to this store a few times and you can tell everything is over priced but for the convenience of being my closest vape store I figured I’d deal with it until I had to deal with their terrible customer service. I only buy hemp products from here and a 40 dollar cart broke after my second day using and they said the best they could do was give me 10% off a new one. It was a full cart and the girl even said she thinks the owner she is in the wrong for not offering me a refund or replacement even after she called him in front of me. I will not be back and advise people to stay away from this vape shop. FYI Glass City is much better is worth the drive there are plenty of locations throughout Greensboro. Response to owner: You sold me a faulty product which was pretty much forced on me..said best we have.. for 40 dollars. Yes I wanted a refund or a new product when it breaks after barely using it that’s normally what businesses do when their product are faulty and as a business owner you should be responsible. I did nothing to break your faulty and likely fake item as it tasted bad from the first hit but I thought it might just be old but it had very little effect on me anyways. Yes I bought the gummies you are talking about because I had nothing else for the night are you complaining that I wasted more money because I was right.. glass city has 5000mg gummies for 30 dollars that I can trust. The gummies I bought from you have had pretty much no effect on me also. The qr code on the back of them brings up a website almost as sketchy as your business that doesn’t have the correct lab results and doesn’t include a toxin report and I had the same exact issue scanning the vape cartridge also. If you dont make enough money at your sketchy store to offer refunds or have real products just say that.
This is by far my favorite vape store to go to!!! Everyone there is super nice and welcoming. 9/10 times I go they have what I need. To those of you who complain about the inability to get a refund, it literally says it ALL OVER the store and on the door.
Bought 2 disposable rechargeables at once. One of them tasted burnt right away when I tested it in the store. Refused to let me return or exchange it, best they would do is half off another item. The two I left the store with were seemingly out of juice and tasted within 24 hours of moderate use. Would not recommend this place. Not the first time I''ve had an issue at this store.
TJ is very knowledgeable! I appreciated his having patience and sharing information about things I’m not sure of.
