I’ve purchased numerous times from this shop, and always pleased with the service and products until today. The CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE, Mania was pretty rude. She didn’t even let me explain why for the first time I Was trying to exchange a product I bought the day before from Rachel. Again, I step into this shop every now and then, and I have been always treated nicely. Anywho, she didn’t find my reason to want to upgrade my item, and declined my ask to exchange the one I bought yesterday. Please, a bit more CRM when dealing with clients, especially returning ones, thanks.
Wow where to begin? Rather hefty lady with the glasses, assuming she’s the owner, makes this store an absolute nightmare. Rude, course, generally unpleasant and couldn’t have been less helpful. I would suggest smoking less on the job as the paranoia was palpable. With plenty of options in this neighborhood, save yourself the time, aggravation, and money and choose somewhere else.
This place is fantastic. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great products. Highly recommend the chocolate nibs and bars.
