*** 6/5 stars*** My boyfriend and I went into their new location in Grand Haven a couple days ago to look around. It’s super clean and everything was nicely displayed. I spotted this large silicone/glass water bong I had to have!! ( While looking at their products, I had a realization that wild bills is $hit and way overpriced!!) I’m only ever coming here now!! AMAZING PRICES AND DURABLE GLASS IS HERE!!! That’s not all, folks!! We had a great time talking with Ryan and Craig! They are very knowledgeable and personable people! I think we spent most of the time spent there talking! Thanks you two for being so awesome!!
We have been here 4 times now. I intentionally drive an hour to this store because they have the best house juices hands down. Curtis is very helpful and took care of all issues we had, we left happily Again. As always, I''m not sure what some of he other reviews are referring to. They have a MASSIVE selection of smoking accessories and vapor supplies. He showed me how to properly take care of my vapor. Thanks so much. And this IS an established business. Thanks again guys, we will be back!! I recommend opening more stores too. :)

The “attendant” claimed she was just filling in when I asked very basic questions about why I was there. This happened about a month ago. The lady “working” showed no interest in helping me and the prices were over twice normal smoke shop price, the least of their shortcomings. l It was immediately apparent that the retailer had their own agenda. I have no idea how this awful store is in business and will be surprised if they improve to even acceptable standard. It’s hard to feel ignored when you’re the only person in a smoke shop but they accomplished that. I hope they’ve fired that unpleasant lady if she even worked there. I will not be back. This vendor clearly has no regard for customer service.
