Bought two Elfbars from here. One of them with basically no usage went out and wouldn''t charge. I took it back two days later and they were zero help. Would never do business here again. And I don''t suggest you do either. Much better smoke shops out there. Update: WARNING. WARNING. WARNING. It turns out the two Elfbars I received are counterfeit. The package authentication sticker were fake. They would not authenticate. Fonts in the two units are not right. I also pulled the unit apart and compared it to one that I bought from another vendor that did authenticate. The internal construction is completely different. I will be filing a complaint with the NM attorney generals office and lodging a reversal with my credit card.
Great staff and employees. Friendly, knowable and very helpful. The best selection in the southwest I have ever seen. They have fantastic one of a kind items for the discerning customer.

Alana and Santiago were super helpful, they put up with our endless questions and wanting to know the price of everything. They also let us make sure our puff bars worked before leaving the store. And it’s like the only smoke shop in this area!
