Walking in, you are immediately visually immersed with the colorful assortment of glass smoking products clearly displayed. Most pieces are displayed so it is easy to locate the product you are looking for. Decent taste of music playing, nothing too old and overlistened too. In all my earlier experiences, it has always been looking and smelling clean all insuring a positive, professional place of business. High end products, professional setting, fair pricing, and polite well-mannered employees provide a smooth and simple shopping experience. No. 1 shop out of many explored so far!
The two ladies who helped me with vape juice were so kind and down to earth. I ran out mid trip and went here. From the moment I walked in they were very accommodating and provided great customer service! Thank y’all sooooo much!
I have to admit that I was very impressed with this vape shop. I went in to get a new pod and coil for my vape and they didn''t have any in stock. I pointed out to the lady who was helping me that there were 2 of each that comes with the new vape pen so she opened it up and gave me both of them and said she would just order more of them and replace the one''s she sold me. I can tell you from experience that this level of customer service doesn''t seem to exist anymore so what she actually did was gain a customer for life. Thank you for the excellent service!
Stated hours to open and no body showed up to open the doors until after 11.45am. 12 customers came and went... Looked to be more of a head shop as mostly has pipes and bongs. Sales person was late and rude and claimed I had to pay extra for a tank IN A KIT.... only has 3000ma batteries and well,, will never shop here again.
Five stars for prices. Customer service was a tad lacking. The clerk was too busy yacking loudly w a girlfriend on her cellph -giggles and all. The store is hidden on the backside of mini strip mall diagonally across the street from Target. When I went there, their neon "OPEN" sign wasn''t lit, and from the parking lot, it looked like they were closed. I think it''s a money laundering front! Great prices!
