I recently visited this smoke shop and I was thoroughly impressed by their selection and customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me find what I was looking for. The store itself was clean, organized and well-stocked with a wide variety of smoking accessories including pipes, papers, and vaporizers. They also had a great selection of high-quality tobacco and herbal blends, which I was excited to try. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the packaging and presentation of the products. Everything was carefully labeled and packaged, and the staff even took the time to explain how to use some of the more complex items. Sac State discount is useful too.
It''s a very basic smokeshop. Just your random devices n cigar papers. Selection is "eh". Just saying.
The service was great. The owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Inside was clean and inviting. Will be coming back! They also give a discount for Sac State students.
High Quality products for great pricing! Super relaxed family owned business who actually cares about the customers experience which is hard to come by these days. If you care about the smoking community, I would definitely recommend checking them out.
Probably buy a vape once a week from the shop. Never have i tried to exchange or return one. Bought one last night and went in the next day because the unit was defective and the battery died after 8 hits. The owner refused to do anything about it and kept pointing to his no refunds/exchange sign. Enjoy my free $24 dollars…
