No cigarettes. No vape supplies! Only roll your own and pipes.
Elegant, lovely store! The Wonderful Friendly Woman behind the counter greeted with a gentle smile! The aroma inside is intoxicating, the environment is so pleasant. I just walked into the wrong store and I almost didn''t want to leave HAHA! And I have no need for tobacco or cigars. Can I go back? Now I want a cigar! Might just get one for hubby 🤗
Wish I had come here first. I am a seasonal visitor to Yuma. I had in the past went to other stores that have since went out of business. The nice lady that is always behind the counter is very friendly and knowledgeable. My preference is cigars and she has a very good selection. The store has just about every other selection for tobacco. Very clean. If you are coming here my advice is to turn in past (one more up) the main turn on off 8E to avoid the walmart traffic. Great owner, great selection, great prices.
I have been shopping here for two years and have enjoyed the customer service (most times). I usually spent anywhere from $45 - $90.00 a visit and then at least $250.00 in March when preparing to head home. Well today when I went in, I was told my points have expired.... WHAT! She said her employees (that no longer work there) should have told me the last time I was in or I should have read the notice she put up. Well I didn''t see any notice, and they didn''t tell me anything, so now I lose out because of her employees. If you want to change your policy and do away with your point system thats fine, I have no problem with that. But at least honour them until your loyal customers have a chance to redeem them. And above all, take responsibility for your employees mistakes and make it right and don''t put the onus on us. All it would have taken today to keep me as a customer would have been the offer of a small discount. But instead I left feeling cheated, sadly I won''t be shopping here anymore.
Pennies on the dollar! Those Cocopah got the deals on your tobacco. And the young lady working there is battling both cancer and chemo so stop in say high at least buy a crack lighter or something. I wonder if they have flavored cigars?
